Project Description:

The deployment Coax cable and CAT 6A, on campus extension. It also included the testing and commissioning of the various Wi-Fi and mobile DAS network systems, with all test results to be submitted to (HSE). Full compliance to the HSE standards and Health & Safety and welfare at work act – 2005. We provide full project management of the project.

Project Responsibilities: The wired infrastructure was fully project managed control by Surecom, with PSDP, PSCS, PICW, (Wi-Fi/DAS)Technical design, (Wi-Fi/DAS)Site Solution design, equipment installation, commissioning, testing and commissioning, Communication with customer, Eir Evo and all three mobile operators

 

Responsibilities:

• Solution Technical Design of Wi-Fi, DAS,

• Solution Site design

• Communications Room Design

 

Role PSCS

 Responsibilities: (BOM logistics-onsite), Main Contractor liaison and communication– site in construction phase, H&S compliance supporting site main contractor rules and co-operation to allow for working alongside other companies on site, Sample installation of the cable and agree methodology.

 

• Installation of solution to the design specifications (Cable [CAT6A/Coax]), Inclusive of “as build” handover.

•  Commissioning – Cable and RF testing, commissioning & optimisation, handover documents and test results.

•  Project management – Daily & weekly on-site meeting, weekly & monthly checkpoint & highlight reporting-6.

•  Liaison with the design team, Electrical contractor and HSE ICT team.
